Which Shipping Services are Used?

Items under one pound are generally shipped with USPS First Class tracked mail. Larger and/or bulky items are most-often shipped using UPS Ground

Compressed Air Shipments (Prefilled CO2)

Please note due to shipping regulations, we cannot ship compressed air containers via air, which means these shipments are restricted to the continental United States (no AK or HI), and must be shipped with Ground service (slower).

Signature Service

For our mutual protection, your signature may be required on some orders in order to deliver the package

Handling Time

We try our absolute best to get each order submitted to the shipping carrier within two days of being placed. In most cases, we can offer same-day handling. In the case of extra delays, you will be notified promptly after placing your order.

Expedited Shipping

We generally don't offer expedited shipping, but it may be possible to arrange for an extra cost if you contact us before placing your order.

Defective Items

Have you received an item that doesn't work as expected? While it is rare, we want to help resolve the situation as fast as possible. Please email us at support@buckshotsupply.com if this happens.

Return Terms

All products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for any reason, unless specifically marked on the product detail page (for example some clearance items).

You may be charged a restocking fee of up to 30% if any of the following are true:

• The item is not in original packaging
• The item is not in original condition
• The retail packaging is damaged beyond reason
• The item is defective, and you refused help from the manufacturer

Returning an Item

Your return will be processed within five business days.

Refunds

Generally, it takes 3-5 business days from the time we submit your refund, for the refund to actually reach your bank account.
